Nigel
Johnson - Principal Consultant
Nigel has over 20 years of
international HR experience specialising in all aspects of
HR consultancy, coaching, personal and management
development. He enjoys working with individuals and
organisations who themselves want to develop, change and
move forward.
He works as a consultant, coach, facilitator and
trainer, helping both organisations and individuals.
In particular, he enjoys working within management teams,
helping them achieve personal and team goals, assisting in
team development and
conflict resolution. His work, both in the corporate and
public sector, has focused on coaching effective
leadership, change management and behavioural change.
Nigel has a particular interest in NLP behavioural modelling, and has
worked with major organisations to build behaviour
models of excellence, aiding the understanding of what
makes some individuals better at a particular task than
others. He then coaches the elements of the model to
bring about change and increase overall effectiveness.
Nigel’s industry experience spans IT, Banking and
Insurance, Retail, Telecommunications, Pharmaceutical,
Engineering, Global Utilities, Specialist Legal Firms, and
Local Government.
He has an MSc from Warwick University in Business
Management Systems, is a Member of the Chartered Institute
of Personnel and Development, an NLP Practitioner, Master
Practitioner, NLP Trainer and an NLP Certified
Coach.
