NLP Modelling enables you to find the difference that makes the difference, to find the unconscious natural brilliance exhibited by people who excel at what they do, whatever that might be.

The steps to behavioural modelling are:

  • Identify and select the experts or Models (Exemplars) who consistently exhibit the Behaviours of Excellence that you want to model.
  • Elicit the Model components of expert behaviour from the exemplars.
  • Design the model so that it can be applied to yourself, used to coach or train others.
  • Try the model on to test that you have extracted all the key elements.
  • Adapt, change, fine tune the model as necessary to get the same behaviour.
