Job and Career Renewal is a coaching service which provides an individual with robust tools for exploring new roles and career prospects as a consequence of a desire for personal renewal, either self-motivated or because of a change in the existing employment environment.

It does not seek to identify specific job opportunities, but rather takes a much broader, holistic perspective, and as such can complement a traditional outplacement service.
